Key Responsibilities
Prospect & Generate Leads: Identify and engage potential customers in residential and/or commercial markets for roofing services.
Sales & Estimating: Provide accurate on-site inspections, estimates, and proposals by using your roofing knowledge and basic math skills.
Insurance Coordination: Communicate effectively with insurance companies, utilizing proper roofing verbiage and etiquette to ensure smooth claim processes.
Client Relationship Management: Build rapport and trust with clients, guiding them through the roofing process and ensuring top-notch customer satisfaction.
Self-Management: Maintain organized processes, follow up on leads promptly, and manage your own schedule to meet (and exceed) sales targets.
Requirements
Roofing Knowledge: Demonstrated understanding of roofing systems, terminology, and insurance protocols.
Valid Driver’s License: You must have reliable transportation to visit job sites and meet with clients.
Math & Estimating Skills: Comfortable performing calculations for measurements, materials, and costs.
Self-Motivated & Organized: Ability to manage your own pipeline, follow up on leads, and close deals without constant supervision.
Sales Experience (Preferred): While prior sales experience is strongly preferred, we’re open to training motivated individuals who show strong potential and a willingness to learn.
Strong Communication Skills: Capable of clearly articulating project details and benefits to clients, and adept at relationship-building.
